Copying a Baseline to include Headings Only

When copying a baseline to a new module using 'Headings Only' it creates blank objects for the objects with 'Object Text'. The expected functionality is that only objects with 'Object Heading' will appear in the new module. Anyone else experiencing this?

I have just tried this and yes, it is recreating the entire structure but only populating the headings.

What is the problem, with using function Tools>Functions>Copy Objects to copy a baseline display set with outlining set on.

That is a reasonable workaround. Either that or copy the baseline, filter to see objects with no object heading/text, and delete all.
